Making it to year 10 is significant in the life of any entity. One local record label hit this monumental mark in May of this year and really wanted to celebrate. They approached Advent to help them jazz up their anniversary party at the renowned Country Music Hall of Fame in downtown Nashville. Their goal was to transform the lobby into a life-size scrapbook. They wanted an artistic, yet professional way to surround attendees with memorabilia from current and past artists and the record label team. Advent proposed custom counters and mannequins to display the various items for the celebration, and the client felt the idea met their criteria.
One of the main challenges Advent faced was a very tight setup schedule. Unlike trade show setup windows of a day or more, we only had an hour and half to set up the 24 counters and 6 mannequins. By using counters that are custom-made to set up and breakdown quickly, Advent was able to complete the installation in the short time frame. Since they do not need that many counters and mannequins on a regular basis, we rented them the items and thus helped them meet their event budget. After the party ended, we returned to pack everything up, so that they could enjoy the red-letter day a little longer.
The evening was a complete success and everyone was very pleased with the overall look and feel of the event.
