Happy 10th Anniversary!

Mak­ing it to year 10 is sig­nif­i­cant in the life of any entity. One local record label hit this mon­u­men­tal mark in May of this year and really wanted to cel­e­brate. They approached Advent to help them jazz up their anniver­sary party at the renowned Coun­try Music Hall of Fame in down­town Nashville.  Their goal was to trans­form the lobby into a life-size scrap­book. They wanted an artis­tic, yet pro­fes­sional way to sur­round atten­dees with mem­o­ra­bilia from cur­rent and past artists and the record label team. Advent pro­posed cus­tom coun­ters and man­nequins to dis­play the var­i­ous items for the cel­e­bra­tion, and the client felt the idea met their criteria.

One of the main chal­lenges Advent faced was a very tight setup sched­ule. Unlike trade show setup win­dows of a day or more, we only had an hour and half to set up the 24 coun­ters and 6 man­nequins.  By using coun­ters that are custom-made to set up and break­down quickly, Advent was able to com­plete the instal­la­tion in the short time frame. Since they do not need that many coun­ters and man­nequins on a reg­u­lar basis, we rented them the items and thus helped them meet their event bud­get. After the party ended, we returned to pack every­thing up, so that they could enjoy the red-letter day a lit­tle longer.

The evening was a com­plete suc­cess and every­one was very pleased with the over­all look and feel of the event.
