Football Players and Cheerleaders Aren’t the Only Workout Warriors at Cowboys FIT

The Star in Frisco is an NFL team headquarters, a high school football complex for a city and a football museum.

Now, it’s the local gym.

The Dallas Cowboys last week opened Cowboys FIT, an extension of The Star where fans and Dallas residents can train like America’s Team. Through three stories and 60,000 square feet of space, athletes can be work out alongside members of the Cowboys organization from players to the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Through the space, Advent designs and installations create a one-of-a-kind, inspirational environment. Cowboys Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer Charlotte Jones Anderson said:

“You will certainly see the visual manifestation of the Cowboys. You will see that we have taken the exact same blue glass that’s on the Cowboys locker room and put it on the locker rooms at FIT. You will also see that we have named the kids’ playroom the Rowdy Room. You will see that we are sharing the same studio with the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. You will also see a lot of Cowboys imagery throughout the space.”
