Fulfillment Intern

The Fulfillment Intern at Advent is an important cog in our marketing process, and heavily relied on by our Marketing, Sales and Operations departments. By working alongside our team and hands on experience with Advent’s process, you have the potential to enhance your professional skill set. Simon Cowell started in a mailroom -- that could be you!


  • Current student in college or university (preferred majors: marketing, business, or similar field)
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  • Proactive not reactive. Self-starter who can learn on the fly
  • Efficient problem solver
  • Ability to take directions well
  • Excel/Google Sheets experience required
  • Access to car during work hours required
  • Able-bodied individual who can move boxes, tools, etc, in our warehouse if needed, and stay on his/her feet the majority of the day
  • Must be able to contribute creatively to Marketing team. Previous Marketing experience preferred


  •  Ship out weekly marketing materials for prospecting purposes
  • Manage and stock our marketing inventory
  • Work alongside the sales team in assisting with client gifts and other projects
  • Sit in on and participate in weekly marketing meetings
  • Running errands
  • General office tasks


  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Contributing to Marketing team meetings
  • Involvement working directly with major corporations and both division one college and professional athletic programs
  • Experience of working with a team to accomplish tasks
  • Opportunities to contribute to improve Advent processes/procedures
  • Letter of reference after successful completion of internship
