Corporate HQ re-brand for employee satisfaction upgrade.
Healthways wanted to fully express the message and imagery of health to all its employees. The space strives to inspire visitors and employees by illustrating the importance of Healthways’ values and culture.
Healthways wanted to use some unique graphical treatments to set the tone for its new space. Unconventional spaces like elevators and conference room windows were used to convey the Healthways brand. The space was designed to have talking points on visitor’s walk path so that Healthways employees could talk about their unique culture and how its manifested on a daily basis. The Cigarran Award is for the employee that embodies the Healthways culture throughout the year. Healthways wanted to display the recipients of this award in a very unique way. Advent used LED lighting and etched acrylic to literally put the recipient’s name in lights.
