Health­ways wanted to fully express the mes­sage and imagery of health to all its employ­ees.  The space strives to inspire vis­i­tors and employ­ees by illus­trat­ing the impor­tance of Health­ways’ val­ues and culture.

Health­ways wanted to use some unique graph­i­cal treat­ments to set the tone for its new space.  Uncon­ven­tional spaces like ele­va­tors and con­fer­ence room win­dows were used to con­vey the Health­ways brand.  The space was designed to have talk­ing points on visitor’s walk path so that Health­ways employ­ees could talk about their unique cul­ture and how its man­i­fested on a daily basis.  The Cig­a­r­ran Award  is for the employee that embod­ies the Health­ways cul­ture through­out the year.  Health­ways wanted to dis­play the recip­i­ents of this award in a very unique way.  Advent used LED light­ing and etched acrylic to lit­er­ally put the recipient’s name in lights.
