Martin Methodist College Gault Fine Arts Center

ADVENT helped Martin Methodist College transform an old gymnasium into the Gault Fine Arts Center, a place where current and prospective students can experience MMC's commitment to the arts.  A 3-Dimensional custom piano wall build-out piece highlights MMC's prestigious status as an All-Steinway School.

Producing the designs for Martin Methodist was a labor of love. What had once been an old gymnasium complete with original hardwood floors would become a fine art gallery, and the transformation was well worth the wait. Using different fabrication strategies as simple metal lettering for signage and birch prints for wall coverings or complex custom lambda prints and a 100% custom-made piano, the Gault Fine Arts Gallery turned a new page on campus. And the pièce de résistance? The original hardwood floors, restored from the basketball court, as the art gallery and lobby flooring. A truly gorgeous finish to the project.
