Transforming a gymnasium into a fine arts center

Martin Methodist College turned an old gymnasium into a new fine arts center. Renovated by the Nashville-based architecture firm Gresham, Smith and Partners, what had once been an old gymnasium became a stunning focal point on campus. And with the help of the Advent team, it became a place where current and prospective students can experience MMC’s commitment to the arts.

Advent breathed life into the renovated space with the finishing touches of dimensional metal signage, wall graphics printed directly to birch panels, and a three-dimensional custom-built piano piece that highlights MMC’s prestigious status as an All-Steinway School. The Gault Fine Arts Center turned a new page on campus.
