Drew Bryant’s outlook on design isn’t much different from his passion for the first Thursday and Friday of March Madness. He has a zeal for the unexpected and the prospect of endless possibilities. Like the coach of an underdog, Drew pushes design beyond a client’s expectations.
As design principal, Drew provides creative leadership in developing strategic, updatable design systems and inspires teams to create relevant brand experiences. Drew believes in the power of story to drive design. His approach is one of simple lines and clear ideas. He works with multidisciplinary teams to build a client’s brand language and manifest their unique story throughout the built environment.
At Advent since March 2010, Drew has worked on The Star – Home of the Dallas Cowboys, the LA Stadium Premiere Center in addition to the Stanford Home of Champions, Penn State, the San Jose Sharks and the Dallas Stars. He relishes the challenge of collaborating with talented internal and external teams on ambitious projects.
Drew comes from a decorated academic background, winning the AIA Henry Adams medal, earning the Top Thesis project and finishing at the top of his class in the architecture graduate program at UNC Charlotte. Before Advent, he worked for architecture firms in Nashville, Charlotte and Evansville, Indiana. Away from Advent, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife Tori and son Wendell, sketching around Nashville, going to concerts and playing golf.
